A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Bob Dornin is an experienced Realtor, a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Just as important, Bob is a long-term coastal resident (over two decades) with deep roots to this area and an even deeper involvement in the community. He has been involved in fund raising for both School Power and the Boys and Girls Club and is currently a Trustee for the Laguna Beach Community Foundation.

Bob has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, finance, development and construction. In previous years he was hired by corporate management of a prominent National Real Estate company to select and develop several new residential sales offices in the Southern California region. This same company honored him annually 7 times with the company's Chairman's Circle designation representing the top 3% of agents in the country. Prior to that he was the General Manager of Fashion Island during its $200 million remodel and managed a $400 million project in downtown Los Angeles for McGuire Thomas.

Before relocating to Laguna Beach and joining Bob's team, Shandra was a Realtor in the Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe areas of San Diego County; as well as having managed the offices for Realtors ranking in the top 10 in the nation in sales for their company.  During her tenure working with a reputable non-profit charity, Shandra held positions as 1st Vice President on the Board of Directors, and the Event Chairperson coordinating all aspects of the annual one day fundraiser, in partnership with South Coast Plaza, which raised $40,000 for the chosen beneficiary. The Laguna Beach Visitors & Conference Bureau (LBVCB) was formed in 1986 as a private, non-profitindustry association. The Bureau's primary role is to market the City of Laguna Beach both locally and globally. The Bureau directs and implements all marketing, public relations, member interaction, Web site development, consumer contact, incentive meetings market sales and more.
