Laguna Beach homes run the gamut from elegant estates to beach bungalows to charming cottages. The one thing all of these homes have in common is the natural beauty that surrounds this area. Laguna itself is comprised of just over nine miles, of which seven miles are coastline. As you can well imagine, residents of this coastal community have the luxury and privilege of living so close to the beach. Even those homes without a view are stunning, as Laguna has thousands of acres of open space, including trails, parks, and woodlands.
Laguna Beach homes line the rolling hills and ocean bluffs that make this community so naturally breathtaking. The real estate market in Laguna is thriving, with the majority of homebuyers being single professionals or two-income family households. Laguna Beach homes are pricier than the national average, but they are comparable to many other beach communities within southern California, and more specifically, Orange County.
Laguna Beach is an all-around fantastic place to raise a family, as the crime rate is incredibly low, the public schools in the area are excellent, and the climate is agreeable year round, with warm temperatures and sunshine the majority of the time. Furthermore, Laguna Beach is ideally situated between Los Angeles and San Diego, as well as some of the other coastal communities, such as Newport Beach and Monarch Beach. Laguna Beach is also home to the Pageant of the Masters, the Festival of Arts, and the Sawdust Air Festival.
