A
graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Bob Dornin
is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters Degree in Business
Administration. Just as important, Bob is a long-term coastal resident
(over two decades) with deep roots to this area and an even deeper
involvement in the community. Bob has been involved in fund raising
for both School Power and the Boys and Girls Club and is an annual
supporter of the Summer Concerts in the Park.
Bob has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, finance,
development and construction. Over the last few years, Prudential´s
corporate management hired Bob to select and develop several new
residential sales offices in the Southern California region and
has honored him with the company´s Chairman´s Circle
designation representing the top 3% of agents in the country.
Before joining Prudential, Bob was the General Manager of Fashion
Island during its $175 million remodel and for a $400 million project
in downtown Los Angeles for McGuire Thomas.
Bob is unique in his ability to successfully market all types of
homes and estate properties as well as working well with buyers in
all price ranges. He attributes his success to market knowledge,
experience and his ability to understand the complexities of all
types of real estate transactions.
